·        Conduct direct marketing (you may opt out at any time).

c. Statutory Obligations

To comply with employment and tax laws (e.g., processing PPS numbers, verifying right to work).

·        Comply with legal requirements.

Example retention periods include:

·        Candidate CVs and correspondence: up to 2 years after last contact.

·        Employment records (for placed candidates): up to 7 years (for tax/legal compliance).

·        Client and business contact details: retained while a business relationship exists.

9. Your Data Protection Rights

You have the right to:

·        Access your data.

·        Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

·        Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”), subject to statutory obligations.

·        Restrict processing.

·        Object to processing, including direct marketing.

·        Data portability.

·        Not be subject to automated decisions or profiling.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in our recruitment processes.
