Recruitment as a Service (RaaS) is structured differently — it's built around a subscription fee model spread across 12 months, with payments pausing if a hire doesn't work out. The right model depends on your hiring volume, timeline, and how you want to structure the commercial relationship. We'll help you choose on the discovery call.

We can begin sourcing within 48 hours of a completed briefing session. First outreach to candidates typically goes out within 3–5 working days. Most clients receive an initial shortlist within 10–15 working days from the kick-off.

We're based in Dublin but recruit across the UK, Nordics, DACH, and wider Europe as standard. Many of our clients are Irish SaaS companies expanding into new EMEA markets, and we have existing candidate relationships across those territories. We also support international companies entering the Irish market.
