Role: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: €55,000 - €65,000
On Target Earnings: €90,000 - €100,000 OTE
On-Site – The Location is Based in the hub of Dublin City, in Grand Canal Quay.
An Irish scale-up company that offers certification programs to scientifically test and identify consumer products on a global scale is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their thriving sales team. The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity should possess excellent self-starting skills, strong initiative, and a genuine passion for consultative selling and delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role primarily involves promoting and selling the products and services provided by the industry-recognized Academy and Institute.
Day to day
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a positive consultative approach.
Generate new leads to keep the sales pipeline active and healthy.
Implement inbound and outbound prospecting strategies to increase sales opportunities and revenue.
Build up knowledge about the product and its value to customers.
Qualifications
You have done this before and have a few years of sales experience in SaaS.
Experience with 360 sales, inside sales and in closing with high velocity cycles
Track record of over performance and exceeding quota
You have closed deals ranging from €25k to €80k in annual contract value.
Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to empathise with potential customers and to distil information.
Proactive, ambitious and with an entrepreneurial/growth mindset
