We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Education Account Executive with a passion for the health and education sectors. Our client, a scaling, digital health, and innovation company, is seeking a skilled professional to lead their indoor air quality education programs to the next level.

 

About the Role

As the Education Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in the field of indoor air quality. You will be the front face of our client's education programs, promoting and selling their innovative products and offerings to Learning and Development departments across various industries. With a focus on online learning and education, you will be the driving force behind the success of their indoor air quality training solutions.

 

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a network of targeted Learning and Development prospects.

  • Running efficient and outcome-based campaigns to increase business in the education sector.

  • Building strong contacts within target industries to promote the company's indoor air quality education products.

  • Overseeing demand generation, sales, and delivery of education services.

  • Identifying and developing new education sales opportunities to expand business and increase profitability.

  • Coordinating high-impact engagements and ensuring accreditation for training courses.

  • Collaborating with content creation teams to transfer training materials to the learning platform.

  • Conducting ROI analysis for education projects and initiatives.

  • Managing the administration of training platforms, products, and projects, ensuring content is up to date.

  • Providing tailored and timely follow-up to inquiries and engagements with the education platform.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of self-motivation and working to targets and deadlines.

  • Strong ability to engage multiple decision-makers and stakeholders successfully.

  • Proficiency in using systems and software, with a willingness to learn new tools.

  • Excellent project management and completion skills.

  • Positive attitude, professional relationship-building, and networking skills.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, Learning & Development, or related fields.

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, including selling education training programs.

  • Familiarity with accreditation for training courses.

  • Previous experience in tech sales, web, or online learning product sales is advantageous.
