Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive growth in the Irish market. As the Sales Leader, you will spearhead the sales organisation, overseeing acquisitions, strategic accounts, and the account management team. Your role will be pivotal in shaping sales strategy, expanding into new verticals, and ensuring continued success in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 25+ sales professionals, with potential for expansion.
Develop and execute sales strategies to surpass revenue targets.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
Manage the sales P&L, prioritising profitability and efficiency.
Drive innovation and adaptability within the sales organisation to respond to market changes.
Oversee sales operations and processes to optimise performance.
Represent the company at industry events, cultivating brand awareness and partnerships.
Travel:
This role may require travel to other markets as needed to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within SaaS technology or food delivery.
Strong business acumen, including P&L management and revenue growth.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a talent for executing effective sales strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
