Content Marketing Manager

The Recruiter is excited to partner with a leading Education Technology Company in recruiting a Content Marketing Manager for their thriving EMEA Marketing team.

Role Overview:

As the Content Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to develop a content plan, ensuring it aligns with business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in tailoring content to specific markets, segments, and buyer journey stages to optimize ROI. This role entails creating diverse content formats such as blogs, eBooks, and videos, while overseeing both local and international resources. Successful candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of content marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive conversions.

  • Strategically map content to the buyer journey, maximizing demand generation across diverse segments and geographies.

  • Localize and translate global content for priority EMEA markets.

  • Curate and distribute engaging content across digital channels, including web, email, social, and paid media.

  • Optimize all content for SEO to drive organic traffic.

  • Establish a collaborative framework with teams across APAC and NORAM.

  • Manage content and creative agencies to ensure timely and budget-compliant campaign delivery.

  • Orchestrate the content calendar for EMEA, working closely with regional stakeholders to maintain a consistent flow of articles, eBooks, and events.

  • Leverage analytics and data to measure performance and enhance content effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in SaaS tech within a medium to large company.

  • Proficiency in another European language (Spanish, Dutch, German, or Italian) is desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Demonstrated experience in mapping content to the B2B buyer journey.

  • Familiarity with marketing technologies, including Marketing automation (Marketo preferred), Salesforce automation (SFDC preferred), Web content management, Web analytics, Business intelligence is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in written, presentation, and verbal formats, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

  • Strong team player with cross-functional project leadership abilities.

  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and can adapt to changing market and organizational requirements.

  • Experience in a regional marketing role is preferred.
