Role Overview:

As the Regional Director for the Spanish education market, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts in Spanish market. Your role will encompass strategic planning, relationship building, and driving revenue growth. What You'll Do:

  • Craft and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value of a Learning Management Platform (LMS) to educational institutions in Spain.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and devise innovative sales strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Utilise your exceptional negotiation skills to establish favourable terms and pricing with enterprise clients, highlighting the return-on-investment platform offers.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights to Product and Customer Experience departments.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently exceeding sales targets, and goals.

  • Forge strong internal relationships, fostering a culture of growth and innovation within the company.

  • Participate in industry events, positioning yourself as a thought leader in educational technology innovation.

What You Bring:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills in both languages.

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of proven success in sales.

  • Familiarity with educational pedagogy and experience selling Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.

  • Proven track record in enterprise software and SaaS sales, including engagement with high-level decision-makers.

  • Mastery of Challenger Sales Methodology, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Strategic thinking and consultative sales expertise, enabling you to identify opportunities and tailor solutions to drive revenue growth.

  • Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis and develop compelling proposals aligning with client requirements.
