The Recruiter is delighted to be partnering with a Leading Food Delivery Platform in recruiting a Head of New Business position for their expanding Irish team.

 

About this role:

The Head of New Business is accountable for the profitable achievement of new business growth in Ireland. As part of the country sales team, you will be field-based and lead a team of 5 field sales representatives and 2 sales executives tasked to increase supply in a focused and curated way. The team will aim to deliver growth by ensuring optimal consumer choice, excellent brand visibility, and highly engaged new partners.

 

What will you bring to the table?

·        Extensive proven sales leadership experience with managerial responsibility.

·        Track record of delivering high volumes of new business/partnerships and their contribution to revenue & order growth.

·        Commercially minded with a desire to take ownership of goal setting and deliver against ambitious new business targets & revenue/order targets.

·        An ability to develop cross-functional strategies and lead projects.

·        Experience mentoring and developing others to lead successful sales teams, and an ability to formulate effective commercial training programmes.

·        Excellent communication skills, fluent in English

·        An affinity and interest in the food-service industry

 

Interview process.

There are 3 stages in the process:

 

  1. Interview with Director of Operations

  2. Interview with Sales Director

  3. Interview with Managing Director

Benefits

The salary is €85,000 + bonus + Car + pension + other benefits.
