Channel Sales Manager - Middle East

About this role:
The Channel Sales Manager for the Middle East will align with Channel Partners to achieve quota attainment and ensure the delivery of exceptional partner experience. You'll be expected to use consultative and strategic selling skills along with a strong understanding of the Educational Technology industry. The successful candidate will help Channel Partners meet channel program expectations by delivering a partner experience that is world class.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales opportunities with designated Partners in the region, maintaining an accurate and updated sales funnel in Salesforce.

  • Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of identified opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements.

  • Execute Partner planning documents and participate in joint sales calls to assist Partners in closing opportunities.

  • Assist Partners in expanding product expertise and sales opportunities, facilitating growth from all selling resources.

  • Conduct training sessions for partners on products, processes, and effective sales techniques.

  • Escalate pricing, SLA, or other issues, as necessary.

  • Coordinate Partner access to Sales Engineering, Field Marketing, and overlay resources.

  • Drive product promotions and programs to boost sales.

  • Stay updated on all products, programs, and promotions through thorough reading of communications.

  • Manage tasks independently to completion per project schedule or direction from management.

  • Maintain up-to-date information on company website(s), including webinar recordings, price lists, channel partners, and contact information.

 

What will you bring to the table:

  • Understanding of technology use in education and LMS marketplace and companies

  • 4+ years of related experience in the Channel with Channel Partners

  • Proven success of building strong relationships and partnerships

  • Minimum of intermediate understanding of company financial measures

  • Fluency in Arabic and English
